Return & Shipping Policy
We will accept returns ONLY if the product(s) is defective and the customer must contact us within 5 working days of receipt of item(s). Prior authorization must be obtained before any returns. Return will only be allowed if the product(s) is unworn/ unused, with all labels, tags and original packaging in place. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return the product(s) and will not be refunded the original shipping.
If the product(s) returned upon inspection are found to be defective we will replace the product(s) to the customer at no charge. If the product(s) are found to be non-defective the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the product(s) to the customer.
Our product prices or shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes and other charges. The customer is responsible for these additional costs that are applicable in their countries.
The minimum order amount is USD10.
The customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping information and the customer will be responsible for paying for secondary shipping charges, if the product(s) has to be re-sent. We will not refund shipping charges and will not be responsible for unclaimed product(s) once it has been shipped.
